A schedule will be emailed to attendees May 2, 2026

1. First 2 hours will be mix and mingle primarily in the Gymnasiums, and Library Mezzanine where you can find your friends by decade segregation. Example 1980-1989 will congregate in Gym 3.

2. Most Faculty will be seated or circulating in the South Side of the Cafeteria or moving through the Gymnasium / Library areas

3. Cafeteria will have some interim refreshments.

4. There are some Breakout Rooms from 1:15 – 2:10. Meet Kevin Tibbles will be in 1 classroom TBD. Meet Jeff Wincott, Meet Bob McAlpine, and Meet Red and Jake Lipsett will be in other rooms TBD

5. Terry Johnston (class of 86, CKDO Radio Morning Host, and voice of the Oshawa Generals), will emcee a voluntary Auditorium presentation from 2:15 – 3:15 – You won’t want to miss the Speakers and Trivia.

6. Parking overflow is the east side of Cedarbrae Mall. Instructions will be given to avoid some reserved parking dedicated to those a little less mobile.

7. Quick Check-in for those prepaid online and those who chose to pay at the door will be at the front and rear doors. Preprinted badges and Lanyards will be given to those who have notified me they are attending.

8. Unannounced Unknowns will wait in line. First priority is to check in all that have told me they are coming as per the Paid and Coming chart under Who is Here.
